Description
Within the framework of the activities of the Signalling Design Platform, the company's ICT is looking for a Senior Project Leader to lead ICT projects and packages related to ETCS, signalling infrastructure and/or signalling maintenance.
In close collaboration with the Business Project Leader, you are responsible for the ICT component of internal projects (Agile/Scrum/SAFe, sometimes with safety requirements) and/or solutions delivered by external partners or the business (packages). Internal projects mainly follow a hybrid approach (Scrum SAFe + Manage Project/PMBOK), ensuring proper governance, reporting and compliance with standards (including EN 50.128).
You are responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with scope, budget and planning, monitoring activities (planning, costs, incidents), communicating with stakeholders and organising steering committees and gate meetings.
For packages, you manage suppliers (with business support), ensure compliance with release management and oversee the integration of the package (cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture) into the company's application landscape.
In addition, you are responsible for technical documentation, the CMDB and supplier relationship management.
The profile sought is autonomous, structured and communicative, with a strong business and user orientation and a pronounced Agile and team-oriented mindset. Accurate and flexible, the Project Leader works in a demanding environment (quality, cybersecurity, safety) and actively contributes to continuous improvement while complying with ISO9001, ISO27001 and sometimes EN50.128 standards.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Dutch or French (C1: advanced professional proficiency)
- Knowledge of English: reading, writing and understanding (B2: upper intermediate level)
- At least passive knowledge of Dutch or French, other than Skill 1 (B1: intermediate level)
- Project management experience (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Agile/Scrum knowledge (L2: minimum 2 years of experience)
- Knowledge of PMI and/or PMBOK and/or PRINCE2 (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of ITIL (L2: minimum 2 years of experience)
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity (L2: minimum 2 years of experience)
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) (L1: at least some experience)
- Experience with integration of third-party solutions (L2: minimum 2 years of experience)
- Knowledge of Jira (L2: minimum 2 years of experience)
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure (Linux and/or Windows, etc.) and networking in order to discuss with, challenge and understand technical experts in the domain (L1: at least some experience)
