Our client is looking for a Medior UX Designer
Role Overview
The UX Designer is responsible for shaping intuitive and user-centered digital experiences from discovery through validation. Working closely with users, Product Owners, business stakeholders, UI Designers, developers, and other design disciplines, you translate user needs and business objectives into clear and usable solutions.
You take ownership of the UX process, from research and problem definition to user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and validation, while considering technical feasibility throughout the design process.
Discovery & User Research
- Plan and conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Select appropriate qualitative research methods based on the problem and context.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and opportunities.
- Use evidence to challenge assumptions and support design decisions.
Experience & Interaction Design
- Translate insights and requirements into user journeys, flows, and wireframes.
- Explore and evaluate different concepts and interaction approaches.
- Turn complex processes into experiences that are clear and easy to use.
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Prototyping & Validation
- Create prototypes at the appropriate level of fidelity.
- Plan and conduct usability testing and other validation activities.
- Iterate on solutions based on research findings and feedback.
- Validate important assumptions early in the design process.
Facilitation & Co-creation
- Facilitate workshops with users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Help teams frame problems and define clear design challenges.
- Guide ideation and co-creation activities.
- Communicate UX insights and design decisions clearly.
Product & Design Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and developers throughout delivery.
- Partner with UI Designers to translate UX concepts into detailed interface designs.
- Work with Copywriters and Accessibility experts to create inclusive and understandable experiences.
- Contribute UX expertise to refinement and other Agile activities.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of professional experience in UX, product design, service design, or a related discipline.
- Able to independently take ownership of UX challenges from discovery through validation.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and qualitative research methods.
- Experienced in creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Confident using Figma for UX design and prototyping.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Able to clearly communicate and explain design decisions.
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary Agile environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with service design and customer journey mapping.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
- Technical understanding that supports effective collaboration with developers.
