System Design and Development:
- TSOs must ensure timely integration of renewables and storage.
- Secure system operations for both on- and offshore systems.

- Transition from “generation follows consumption” to “demand follows intermittent generation”.
- Move from a supplier-centric to a consumer-centric market design to unlock flexibility.
- Adopt a customer obsession mindset to:
- Identify customers' deepest needs.

- Secure and embed cost-efficiency in core activities.

- Objective: Ensure implementations realize ambitions.
- Framework: Provides capabilities, high-level processes, business information concepts and models, and product setup for business analysts.
- Central Repository: All artifacts are modeled in Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Job Opportunity: Sparx Enterprise Architect Modeler
Responsibilities:
- Introduce, maintain, and keep consistent complex business architecture models and diagrams in Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- Create and manage:
- Capability diagrams.
- High-level processes and information flow models.
- Information concepts and models.
- Business and data product models.
- Support and collaborate with business architects and analysts.
- Monitor architectural artifacts for consistency.
- Manage the business architecture referential.
- Participate in modeling governance and update models according to metamodel changes.
- Provide ad hoc modeling and tooling support.
- Create high-quality reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Participate in creating training material on Enterprise Architect.
Required Profile:
- Proven experience as a Sparx Enterprise Architect Modeler or similar role.
- Understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Sparx Enterprise Architect toolset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, and TOGAF is a plus.
- Certification in Sparx Enterprise Architect is desirable.
