Our client is looking for a Datawarehouse transformation lead
Context
The One Customer Centric Data Warehouse initiative (also referred to as OneCloud), is a strategic data transformation program aimed at creating a new, unified, customer-centric data ecosystem. The objective is to consolidate business data into a single, cloud-based platform, improving data governance, analytics, and operational efficiency. And replace the existing Data Warehouses.
A first phase of business requirements gathering was done and a blueprint phase is starting with the objective to review the technical architecture and establish a roadmap for the implementation.
In that context, the company is looking at upstaffing its team with 3 roles.
Datawarehouse transformation lead
- 15+ years of experience, various data projects, able to mobilize both tech and business teams
- Global architectural vision, mastery of data modeling and data governance aspects, knowledge of the cloud, etc.
- Ability to define the roadmap, associated budgets, and to initiate and launch initiatives to facilitate adoption and change management
- Presentation, evangelization, communication, project monitoring (in collaboration with the project manager)
