Our client is looking for a SAP BPC Developer and Consultant to support the SAP BI product within the Elia Group product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical-related questions and will collaborate with product teams and key users to identify and implement optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure functionality and continuous development of the group consolidation and reporting system
- Manage stakeholders and consult departments on system-related issues
- Implement SAP BPC requirements for the Elia Group
- Build SAP BPC models and dimensions
- Configure SAP BPC system (e.g., business process flows, business rules)
- Develop extended logic using Script Logic and ABAP
- Document developments and hand over results to 50Hertz and Elia
- Perform data analysis to ensure data quality
- Analyze requirements, contribute to specifications, support testing, and manage transports to production
- Manage and define authorizations in coordination with the authorization team
Project Involvement
- Work on prioritized product activities from requirements management to go-live
- Provide active consultancy during requirement management
- Critically assess requirements to ensure sustainability and maintainability of technical solutions
- Contribute to the technical evolution of the consolidation solution within the BI landscape (SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BO)
Technical Expertise
- Expert in SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
- Strong experience in corporate consolidation, controlling, and group accounting
- Deep understanding of financial consolidation processes
- Proficient in SAP BW/HANA
- Experience with Script Logic and ABAP
- Familiarity with Group Reporting is a plus
Functional and Business Knowledge
- Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS)
- Good accounting knowledge is desirable

- Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools
Languages
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in one of the following: Dutch, French, or German
