Service description:
Our client's Server Team is looking to expand the existing Windows Engineering team.
This team supports two companies of the group: the company in Belgium, and in Germany, both in their intranet environments as well as in secure networks.
This is the scope of responsibilities:
- He/she will manage and use the TrendMicro security suite, with an important focus on managing the host-based firewall (and this extends to other operating systems)
- He/she will manage the SCCM environments
- He/she will manage the Windows Remote Desktop environments
- He/she will manage, design, harden and support the Windows server operating systems in the environments
- He/she will be part of third-level support for all these domains
- He/she must be able to write and troubleshoot complex scripts
- Role will be fulltime (40 hours), starting ASAP
Requirements:
Technical skills
- Operational experience on a senior level (!) within a Microsoft Windows Server environment is a must
- Proven knowledge of and experience with Active Directory, SCCM and TrendMicro or similar security products
- Good understanding of host-based firewall (NOT network firewall!!) and security in general is a requirement
- Proven experience in similar sized enterprises (+/- 2000 servers, 5000 users)
- Advanced knowledge about scripting (PowerShell)
- Must be able to speak and understand:
- French and Dutch (one must be native)
- English
- German is a plus
- Experience with MECM, SCOM, Splunk, PRTG, Linux, ADFS, Infoblox, Big-IP F5 are a plus

- Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be customer minded
- Able to learn new products and environments quickly
- Able to write and validate processes and documentation
- Must be accountable and is NOT a 9-to-5 worker

Must have a driver license
Additional information:
Location: Primary location is Brussels (Schaerbeek), with occasional travel to Berlin
Telework is possible but due to the nature of our environment (secure networks), onsite presence will be required at least partially.
