As a Chatbot Product Owner, you will lead the development of intelligent, customer-centric chatbot experiences that transform how millions of users interact with our services. Your Profile
We’re looking for diverse talents who are ready to shape the future of digital communication. You bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in chatbot development, product ownership, or similar roles
- Proficiency in chatbot platforms, NLP, and conversational AI technologies
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversation design
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and IT
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong organizational skills
