Requirements
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of technical projects related to our SCADA systems and the data flows they generate. You’ll manage your projects from start to finish, and your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with internal clients and operational stakeholders
- Analyzing their needs
- Proposing tailored approach plans for each technical domain
- Diving into airport-related technologies
- Analyzing available data to achieve optimal results
- Creating detailed concept descriptions
- Validating them with all involved parties
- Organizing and managing changes through to final delivery
- Following up on internal approvals
- Coordinating with contractors
- Aligning changes with the project team and ICT department
- Drafting and managing test protocols
- Validating implemented solutions
- Regularly reporting on project progress
- Communicating clearly about scope, planning, budget, and more
What Sets You Apart
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- At least 10 years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong expertise in data management within OT and SCADA systems
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- A results-driven mindset, with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, across all organizational levels
