Our client is looking for a Business Analyst CRM.
The service is responsible for the maintenance and development of sales processes and systems in the departments Customer Relations and the department Customer Projects.
The applications where the processes are implemented are mainly SAP S4/HANA, SAP-SD, SAP-CRM, and SAP-CPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicitation of Business requirements
- Leading of workshops
- Business process modelling
- Writing of Business requirements
- Organize and lead Validation sessions with the Business
- Validate and challenge the functional analysis of IT
- Participate in unit testing and organize end-user testing (writing of test scenario)
- Be in contact with IT, business, other business analysts and the suppliers
- Deliver training material and train key-users
- Support the end-users
Requirements
Languages
- Bilingual FR/NL
- Writing in English is a must
Technical Skills
- SAP knowledge, preferably in the sales/CRM domain
- Overall SAP Process knowledge is a must
- Familiar with BPM and UML
Soft Skills
- Sharp analytical mind and positive critical attitude
- Good communication skills = Transparent communication with many different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently (expert in planning and organisation) with reporting to the CRM lead (part of the BA team)
- Problem solving attitude
- Team minded, customer oriented and flexible
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a business analyst
