Our client is looking for a Medior Business Analyst
Description
Your role in this mission is to support the HR Customers in the company in Belgium (in Brussels – supporting Belgian entities).
The service consists of the following tasks:
- Sparring with the HR business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information
- Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems, determine root cause and take necessary actions, addressing to other teams if necessay
- Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality)
- Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements
- Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions
- Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes
- Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business
- Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a MUST with at least Employee Central and 2 other modules (not Learning)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business analyst related to HR activities- is a MUST
- An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French
- Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
- Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
- Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
- Experience with process design
- User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture is a plus

- Location: Brussels (With occasional travel to Berlin)
