Our client is looking for a ICT Technical Lead.
A hybrid role combining Agile facilitation, project management, and process optimization, supporting internal developer and platform teams.
Core Responsibilities
1. Agile Ceremony Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate daily standups for both teams
- Organize and facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Plan and support retrospective meetings
- Document and follow up on action items from ceremonies
- Report on progress per PI via monthly reviews
- Monitor and follow up on team velocity/productivity
2. Project Management
- Manage moderately complex internal projects across 2–3 teams
- Track and report project progress to stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and communication
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and requirements
- Support onboarding of new team members
3. Process Management
- Maintain internal team process guardrails
- Identify and address process bottlenecks collaboratively
- Support budget tracking for team management
4. PI Planning & Goal Tracking
- Organize and facilitate PI planning and execution
- Track progress against PI commitments
- Report on goal achievement and impediments
- Facilitate alignment between teams and organizational objectives
Required Knowledge & Skills
Technical Understanding
- Basic knowledge of software development practices and cloud deployment
- Familiarity with developer platforms and tools
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
Methodologies & Frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with SAFe or similar scaled Agile frameworks
- Pragmatic approach: values people over process
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
Soft Skills
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
