Our client is looking for a Junior SAP AI Engineer to support a targeted mission within a broader digital transformation initiative. The role focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into SAP-based business processes using SAP BTP and AI Studio. The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis, development, training, and deployment of AI models tailored to SAP environments.
The IT department is engaged in large-scale digitalization projects across domains such as mobility, SAP, big data, and artificial intelligence. While SAP’s AI capabilities are already in use, they must be further integrated into business processes and technical solutions to enhance user experience and business value.
This mission involves analyzing existing SAP AI models, preparing data, and extending these models using SAP BTP and AI Studio. The candidate will help train, test, develop, and integrate SAP-native AI models into operational workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect technical solutions using SAP S4 and SAP BTP components.
- Determine and create the necessary database for future AI models.
- Identify appropriate AI services or solutions to be used.
Development / Integration / Testing / Deployment
- Prepare databases for AI model training.
- Use SAP and SAP BTP tools for development.
- Train or extend SAP-provided AI models.
- Collaborate with SAP developers to integrate trained models.
- Test model performance and results.
- Deploy models on various devices as needed.
Support
- Troubleshoot complex incidents requiring expert-level analysis.
- Perform both evolutionary and corrective maintenance on deployed solutions.
Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Transfer knowledge to internal teams.
Technical Skills
Mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of AI techniques and concepts (e.g., GenAI, Computer Vision) with 2–5 years of practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI solutions and models from major software vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Google) with 0–2 years of practical experience.
Asset
- Knowledge of SAP BTP environments and SAP S4 is a strong plus.
