Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with market experience to join our Transformation team, which is responsible for leading strategic change initiatives. The primary focus of this role is to support the modernization of our legacy Central Market System (CMS) into advanced, functionally enhanced applications.
The CMS is a core system enabling market processes and communication between DGOs and market parties. As market needs and technologies evolve, our client is leading a modernization effort to develop and implement new applications using Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on functional enhancements driven by DGO input.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Functional Analyses
- Analyze current processes within the Measure domain.
- Gather and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business processes, functional designs, and system requirements.
- Track project progress and decisions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers.
- Ensure alignment on deliverables and integration with adjacent systems.
Workshops & Optimization
- Facilitate workshops to gather input and validate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and functional improvements.
The Business Analyst will initially concentrate on the Measure domain, ensuring seamless integration of all related processes and functionalities into the new application.
