Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the transition of its FTTH Assurance program from a pilot phase to a scalable, high-volume operational model. This role requires close collaboration with the Operations (Service Delivery) team and internal stakeholders to develop robust processes, align IT applications, and define reporting needs.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting project requirements and implementation plans as the scope evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from pilot to scalable FTTH Assurance operations
- Define and manage multiple workstreams within the broader program
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Coordinate SmartFix tool configuration and partner onboarding
- Ensure process readiness aligned with IT implementation deadlines
- Track project progress, manage risks, and report on key milestones
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, and operations for end-to-end alignment
- Contribute to business analysis and scenario planning in a changing project scope
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecom or similar operational environments
- Strong understanding of network assurance and related processes
- Hands-on problem-solving skills and execution-oriented mindset
- Experience managing projects involving field operations and maintenance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in ITIL or ITSM
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
