For our client in the healthcare insurance sector, the LAMA team maintains and implements changes for applications managing medical agreements for their members.
The main application managed is called LAMA (medical agreement software).
The team is currently facing several challenges and needs reinforcement to handle them:

Legal changes

Decommissioning of COBOL applications in favor of the LAMA application

Technical roadmap with hard deadlines (technical migrations imposed by vendor support cycles)
Responsibilities

You ensure the correct and qualitative implementation of the stories
-
You communicate efficiently with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, solution architect) to ensure perfect understanding of task priorities

You ensure your code is fully covered with unit tests
-
You provide automated integration tests and collaborate with team members on E2E testing
-
You actively participate in refinements to co-develop solid solutions with the team
-
You are capable of making and defending technical improvement proposals with the solution architect
-
You analyze integrations with other parties and systems

You consider non-functional requirements in your solution development

You are able to elaborate the technical design

You collaborate with infrastructure staff to install applications and monitor their operation

You thoroughly document your software without getting lost in details
Profile

You have solid knowledge of OracleDB, PostgreSQL, Java 8+, Java EE7, Quarkus

You are proficient with Jenkins (pipelines), ArgoCD, Openshift, Docker, Gitlab

You have experience in development and maintenance of enterprise-class systems

You are critical-minded and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills

You can work independently and in a team

You have the required experience with (Weblogic) Application servers (WLST’s, Clustering, Deployment, …)

Ideally, you are familiar with the following tools and technologies: IntelliJ, Postman, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Cucumber, Jira, K6, Grafana

You are fluent in NL/FR with good command of the other national language (team mostly FR at the moment) + EN
