Our client is looking for a Risk Manager.
Department: P2MO (Project & Portfolio Management Office), Infrastructure Division
Service Objective:
- Provide project management expertise in risk, schedule, and quality for specific projects
- Increase the project management maturity of the company
Main Tasks
Risk Governance & Management
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the Risk Management Plan (processes and procedures)
- Organize and facilitate Risk Management meetings
- Report on program risks
- Audit ongoing risk management activities of EPC contractors and exchange relevant information
Risk Analysis & Monitoring
- Log identified risks in a tool
- Assess risk impacts
- Identify and follow up on mitigation actions
- Perform simulations and Monte Carlo analysis on cost and planning (for contingency calculation)
Expertise & Methodology
- Provide expert input to program members on risk management
- Suggest improvements to the risk management methodology
- Update and implement the Risk Management Plan as needed
Requirements
Education & Skills
- University degree in technical or economic disciplines
- Strong project management capabilities and high learning agility
Knowledge Areas
- Risk management techniques, methodologies, and tools
- PMI/PMBOK project management methodology (asset)
- Risks in large infrastructure projects (key asset)
- High voltage transmission infrastructure projects (asset)
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Good knowledge of English
