Our client is looking for a Junior Technical Specialist in Copilot Studio & Azure AI
Job Description
As a Technical Specialist in Copilot Studio & Azure AI, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade conversational agents based on generative AI, including the company's secure solution SecureGPT. You will play a key role in the architecture, implementation, and optimization of copilots that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data and services.
You will combine Microsoft Copilot Studio’s low-code capabilities with advanced development using Azure’s specialized AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Azure AI Foundry), including advanced features such as custom plugins, REST API integration, and orchestration. Your work will be supported by your solid experience in web development, automated deployment via Azure DevOps, and Azure infrastructure maintenance.
You will enhance existing solutions and create new agents that meet business requirements, following business requests and Microsoft product evolutions, with a passion for bridging business challenges and AI-based solutions in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Desirable Additional Knowledge/Experience
- Azure Cognitive Search and RAG patterns (vector DB)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), Azure Policy, FinOps/cost optimization
- Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid
- Enterprise data integration (Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, SQL, REST/GraphQL)
- Backend development in Python; knowledge of TypeScript/C#/Node.js, React, SPFX
- Unit/integration testing, Git, code review, quality pipelines
- Model evaluation, prompt engineering, response optimization
- Cloud security and governance best practices (RBAC, secret management)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio (or equivalent low-code tool) – min. some experience
- Azure infrastructure configuration, deployment, and maintenance (Resource Groups, networks, security, Identity, Key Vault) – min. 2 years
- Full CI/CD pipeline automation with Azure DevOps – min. 2 years
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent-to-agent protocol concepts (A2A) – min. 2 years
- Implementation of monitoring and observability (Application Insights, Log Analytics, metrics, alerts) – min. some experience
- Proficiency in English and one national language (Dutch or French) – B2 level (upper-intermediate)
