Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle APEX Developer
Job Description
Within the I-ICT.414 department, the Senior APEX Developer will contribute to projects related to asset management and internal prevention services. These include the development of IT applications for inventory and maintenance management, as well as applications that ensure the safety and well-being of employees both in the office and in the field.
The developer will also support corrective, preventive, and adaptive maintenance of delivered IT solutions. They will be part of a project team led by a project manager who defines planning, assigns tasks, and monitors progress.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in functional and technical analyses with key users, analysts, and colleagues
- Developing applications based on functional and technical specifications
- Conducting tests to ensure smooth transition from test to production environments
- Ensuring developments meet quality standards
- Securing data within the data model and managing access via the access management module
- Proactively ensuring application functionality and resolving third-line incidents in a dynamic technical environment
The developer reports weekly to the project manager, incident manager, and release manager on ticket status and planned/executed releases. They document their work (user manuals, technical implementations, support guides), keep documentation up to date, and share knowledge with colleagues.

- Oracle Designer, Forms & Reports – L3 (min. 5 years)
- PowerShell – L1 (at least some experience)
- Migration from Oracle Forms to Oracle APEX – L1 (at least some experience)
- Oracle APEX v19+ – L2 (min. 2 years)
- Oracle Application Servers (IAS) – L2 (min. 2 years)
- SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, Data Modeler – L3 (min. 5 years)
- Oracle database administration – L4 (min. 10 years)
- Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) – L2 (min. 2 years)
- Database, script, procedure, query, and data model optimization – L4 (min. 10 years)
- Microsoft Power BI – L2 (min. 2 years)
