Our client is looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist
Key responsibilities:
As an Endpoint Management Specialist, you integrate a team responsible for the scripting, automation, and deployment of applications across our endpoint environments.
You ensure the effective operation, configuration, and maintenance of our Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions, including SCCM and Intune.
Your role involves supporting Windows client lifecycle management, implementing security baselines, managing software updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of our digital workplace infrastructure.
You write technical documentation.
You provide regular updates and reports to management and document tickets in an unambiguous language.
You propose structural improvements.
Technical Skills
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including administration
- Strong knowledge of software packaging.
- Good knowledge of Powershell.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with security best practices, including endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability management
Knowledge of:
- App deploy toolkit
- Powershell Universal
- Chocolatey
- Patch-My-PC
- Azure – Microsoft Entra ID
- Omnitracker ticketing tool
- Virtual devices (vmware, vsphere,..)
Relevant certifications in your area of competence are a plus.
Understanding of ITIL principles and practices for IT service management
