Our client is looking for a .NET Architect to lead technically a portfolio in different domain areas. The role of the architect is to support and lead the technical aspect of the portfolio he/she will work for.
The applications are complex ones and are using WPF as frontend technology. As the developers are really experienced, the challenge for the architects is to support them regarding issues they will have more architecture designs.
One goal is to integrate an existing team to maintain and support it. One of the mission will be to modernize the application and migrate the services to .NET 8 (10 when released) and adopt modern architecture (to target K8s in the coming 2 years).
The tech lead will manage Full Stack .NET developers working on micro-services products.
The technologies used are:
- C#.NET 8 and .NET 4.x
- Sql/MongoDB
- WPF. Blazor is a plus
- Hangfire
- RabbitMQ
- Clean architecture.
- NServiceBus => Dapr
Requirements:
- Languages: English is a must with very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- Min 4 years of experiences as .NET Architect.
- Onsite presence for 2 days per week is required
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skill.
- Coaching developer teams.
- Be a player role in a scrum teams.
- Take the lead of multiple dev teams (help coordinate the work during a sprint) .
- Seniority on technical issue investigation (good analytics skills).
- Give a good vision on the target architecture.
- Challenge technical choice with other Tech leads and Dev.
- Challenge feature with PO.
- Explain to non-business people the technical aspect.
- Organize collaborative technical session with developers and architects.
- Handle priority and emergency in efficient way.
- Structured in the solution approach.
- Explore new technologies and keep a good technical watch.

- Location: 2days/week onsite in Brussels, 3days/week remote
