Our client is looking for a Business Lead
Description/Role:
As a Business Lead Managed Services, you will drive the implementation and business alignment of Business’s Managed Services offering. You will act as a catalyst for change, bringing external expertise and ownership to accelerate delivery, align stakeholders, and ensure the commercial success of the services.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine the long-term strategy for Managed Services
- Oversee the implementation of the Managed Services framework across multiple products
- Support sales and marketing in developing a compelling commercial narrative
- Translate customer needs into concrete Managed Services (that can be developed by the Business Excellence Acceleration Transformation Tribe or through partners)
- Lead a small multidisciplinary team, ensuring a customer-centric vision and strategy; support team development and performance
- Build bridges with stakeholders across the entire Business organization to ensure seamless integration of services
- Manage the P&L of Managed Services and ensure financial KPIs are met
- Collaborate with an agile team to ensure business alignment and delivery of key milestones
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across departments
- Ensure business deliverables and timelines are met
- Provide critical input and challenge existing plans to improve outcomes
- Take ownership and proactively drive progress and alignment
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in a relevant role, ideally in telecom, IT infrastructure, or similar complex environments
Must have skills:
- Managed Services expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing managed services in a business context (not purely operational)
- Business acumen: Understanding of P&L, product management, and commercial strategy
- Industry background: Experience in telco, energy, banking, or other sectors with complex service layers (not purely SaaS/software)
- Tools & Methodologies:
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ITIL and ETL concepts (certification not required, but experience must be evident)
- Up-to-date with current technology trends and industry insights
