Our client is looking looking for (a) UX resource(s)
Scope of the mission
- Support project manager in the design phase to make sure we respect UX standard in digital projects
- Make sure the design experience is aligned with DIA ecosystem, but also challenge potential needs for improvement
- Collaborate with a UI resource to support the design creation process
- Identify digital components that should be documented in our library (figma/zeroheight) to be transversally used on other project
Required skills
- Independent in his work (at least 4 years’ experience in UX)
- Knowledge over UX theory
- Know UX best practices within different industries
- FIGMA : Able to set up wireframes with UX recommendation
- Able to organize user test, user interviews and write reports
- Business Analysis : Able to understand and challenge business needs
- Able to understand potential limitations in architecture
- Able to understand user data via Google Analytics, Hotjar
- Able to follow project (Project Management)
- Languages : French (full professionnal), English (professional), Dutch (nice-to-have)
Miscellaneous
- Agency should also be able to propose backup UX resources to absorb peak times or bridge long holiday periods
- Homeworking policy : 2 days onsite (Monday and Thursday are mandatory days)
- Contract until end of the year with potential extension
