As part of the P2MO department within the Infrastructure division, this service provides project management expertise—focusing on risk, schedule, and quality—for specific projects. It also contributes to increasing the project management maturity across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Govern and manage the risk process across the program.
- Ensure the Risk Management Plan and its procedures are implemented and followed.
- Organize and facilitate Risk Management meetings.
- Report on program-level risks.
- Audit EPC contractors’ risk management activities and exchange relevant information.
- Log and assess risks using appropriate tools; identify and follow up on mitigation actions.
- Conduct simulations and Monte Carlo analyses for cost and schedule contingency planning.
- Provide expert input on risk management to program stakeholders.
- Propose methodological improvements and update the Risk Management Plan when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
- University degree in technical or economic disciplines.
- Proven project management capabilities and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience with risk management techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with PMI/PMBOK project management methodology is a plus.
- Knowledge of large infrastructure project risks is a strong asset.
- Experience with high-voltage transmission infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Skills
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
- Proactive, strong communicator, and effective team player.
- Excellent interviewing and analytical skills.
