Our client is seeking a technically skilled and forward-thinking Endpoint Management Expert to join our Digital Workplace team. This role is pivotal in designing and optimizing enterprise-wide end-user device strategies and contributing to the digital workplace modernization roadmap. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in endpoint technologies, identity, mobility, virtualization, and workplace security with a collaborative and flexible mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management
- Propose, maintain, and develop enterprise-grade endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Autopilot.
- Define and enforce standards for device provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Modern Workplace Strategy
- Recommend, design, and implement modern workplace strategies aligned with zero trust and secure-by-design principles.
- Contribute to the development of the Digital Workplace modernization roadmap, including feasibility assessments and phased implementations.

Collaboration & Integration
- Coordinate with the Identity and Access Management team to implement endpoint strategies.
- Support mobility and virtualization solutions (e.g., Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

Automation & Monitoring
- Automate device management tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric technical solutions.
- Monitor and analyze device health, performance, and user experience metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity and access management
- Mobility solutions
- Virtualization platforms
- Endpoint security
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other endpoint security tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build bridges and seek common ground with diverse stakeholders.
