Our client in the notary sector supports over 1,100 notary offices and approximately 8,000 notary employees with legal expertise, management advice, IT solutions, training, and information for the general public. As part of this mission, the ICT service unit develops innovative solutions that support notaries in their digital transformation journey and improve the overall user experience. They develop and deliver software covering all notary domains (real estate, enterprise, family, etc.) based on state-of-the-art technologies.
The Job
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you are part of the product team and work closely with all stakeholders. You are end-to-end responsible for the user stories:

Refine EPIC’s into user stories: Take the lead in user story mapping process (+ prioritisation)

User Story writing and validation in collaboration with product manager

User Story refinement in collaboration with the DEV-team

Validation once developed (Check match with acceptance criteria)
Technical Skills – You Have
-
A minimum and recent experience of 7 working years as a Functional Analyst (minimum 2 years as senior)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Some technical background and familiarity with Rest API/ Swagger/ event-driven architecture

Recent experiences with Agile | Scrum, Jira | Confluence, UML (UML-diagrams, data modelling)

Ability to create wireframes with Figma using best practices in UX-design
