You will join the PCM Initiative to strengthen the capacity of the Core Team, contributing to the rollout of the End-to-End (E2E) dependency management and prioritization process. This role is central to the company’s ongoing digital transformation and product-based agile reorganization.
Scope of Work
- Roll out the E2E dependency management and prioritization process
- Support transformation across Tribes and supporting teams
- Facilitate adoption of agile, product-based collaboration models
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the PCM Core Team on:
- Process mapping
- Training material creation
- Analysis and design of organizational components
- Onboard Tribes and supporting teams to the E2E prioritization process
- Implement solutions that enhance efficiency, agility, and customer experience
- Facilitate workshops on transformation topics
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Tribes
- Own the feedback loop:
- Collect feedback
- Translate insights into proposals for continuous improvement
Profile Requirements
Experience
- 10+ years working with Agile principles and methodologies (including lean portfolio management), preferably in scaled setups at large international companies
- 5+ years in company-wide transformation initiatives, ideally with product-based collaboration models
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices (preferably in supply chain)
- Familiarity with digital tools:
- ERPs
- E-procurement platforms
- Project management software
- Business intelligence tools
- Project management experience
- Design mindset: comfortable with experimentation and rapid learning
- Digital-savvy and quick to adopt new tools
Soft Skills
- Positive and proactive team player
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus
Location & Work Regime
- Based in Brussels city center
- Minimum 3 days/week on-site
- Flexibility required depending on Tribe needs
