Our client is looking for a Program Manager NIS2.
An experienced professional responsible for overseeing the organization’s portfolio of Security projects related to the NIS2 certification journey. The role focuses on aligning project scope, budget, and timelines with strategic goals, ensuring quality delivery across the portfolio.
Mission Objectives
- Develop and maintain a prioritized project plan and work breakdown structure
- Define clear project scopes and allocate resources to meet Infrastructure & Security needs
- Maintain a holistic view of the project portfolio
- Provide recurrent reporting to top management and stakeholders
- Manage smaller projects or support project managers as a role model
- Report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior managers in related domains (Risk Management, Business Continuity, etc.)
- Main goal: Implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and achieve ISO certification by April 2027
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, CISO, and Enterprise Risk Manager on the NIS2 journey
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management framework
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals
- Monitor and control scope, budget, and time
- Coordinate with senior leadership and project managers
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards
Project Oversight
- Manage or support smaller projects
- Promote best practices in project execution
- Act as a role model for project management excellence
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular updates to CISO and senior stakeholders
- Ensure transparency and accountability across the portfolio
- Facilitate strategic decision-making through clear reporting
Strategic Focus
- Drive the NIS2 certification journey
- Lead the implementation of an ISMS
- Target ISO certification by April 2027
