As an experienced UX Designer, you are responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and continuously improving the user experience of applications. You work closely with users, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Participate in the analysis of user needs and environments
- Define and plan research methods (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests)
- Recruit participants and collect relevant user insights
Interface Design
- Propose optimal solutions based on research findings
- Design low- and high-fidelity interfaces with a mobile-first approach
- Assist analysts and developers in UI design
- Ensure developed applications meet user requirements and context
Accessibility & Standards
- Ensure graphic design complies with accessibility standards
- Maintain and update the Design System
Service Design
- Contribute to service design by proposing user-oriented solutions
- Follow an iterative, lab-based creation process
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and team members
- Collaborate throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and quality
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and Dutch
