The PM is responsible for the day-to-day activities within the project and exchanges the necessary information with the Program and Portfolio. The PM must be able to act autonomously in project management.
Your Mission
As a Senior Project Manager, you ensure the complete management of the lifecycle of transversal IT projects for different clients within the MFWB. You are comfortable defining the structure and elaboration of projects (client request definition, impact analysis, approach plan including scenarios, timings, budget, etc.), and the Prince2 project management methodology is familiar to you.
You manage and monitor the realization of projects while respecting the planning, budget, and required quality.
You stimulate, coordinate, motivate and support the collaborators involved in the projects, and you may also be required to manage programs relying on the MSP methodology.
Client contacts are also very important in this role (negotiation, communication, etc.). You are used to negotiating with senior-level managers both at the client and within your own organization.
Profile
You wish to join a dynamic team and contribute to the realization of innovative and impactful projects for society. You have significant professional experience in IT project management (ideally based on Prince2). You have worked in an Agile environment and are familiar with IT processes both at the development and infrastructure levels.
Your excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and coaching talent are your main assets. Methodical and organized, you are able to set priorities and coordinate the various parties involved in a project.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with entities of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles is a plus.
