Our client in the insurance sector is responsible for delivering a challenging business roadmap over the next years. Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our team with several talented IT specialists.
The candidate will be part of a dynamic IT Department of around 100 persons with multiple teams and E2E responsibilities. This department is responsible for all software developments of insurance-related applications. The applications are developed based on a Microfocus mainframe emulator in Windows (programming language Cobol/Mix Cobol+.NET), with various technologies used on the frontend (.Net, CRM), printing, integration, and communication side.

Objective of the Job
As a Functional Analyst, you will:

Be in charge of translating business requirements into a structured IT solution while keeping a functional approach and respecting the standards.

Help translate this functional design into well-tailored technical design.

Prepare functional integration test cases based on the requirements.

Test the product before delivery to the users.

Analyze potential corrective actions to be taken.

Coordinate technical designers and programmers during the implementation of functionalities.
