Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in flexibility markets and MIG Flex processes. 

The candidate brings:

1. Over 8 years of experience in business, process, and functional analysis, with more than years in the Belgian energy sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of flexibility markets, including FlexHub and ancillary services, combined with proven experience in shaping business and functional requirements for flexibility solutions.
3. Hands-on experience with MIG6 and MIG Flex market processes, including documentation, stakeholder guidance, and integration testing with T/DSOs and (Flexibility) suppliers.
4. A solid background in facilitating workshops, coordinating stakeholders, and managing requirements in federal market contexts.
5. Recognised certifications: Scrum Product Owner, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation.

The candidate has previously contributed to strategic flexibility initiatives, such as defining requirements for FlexHub 2.0, coordinating T/DSO and (Flexibility) suppliers integration, and supporting the industrialisation of new flexibility market processes. With this background, the analyst combines technical accuracy, business insight, and stakeholder leadership, making them well-suited to drive the company's transformation initiatives.

Key activities will include:

1. Supporting the development and optimisation of MIG Flex processes and documentation.
2. Translating flexibility market requirements into clear functional and business designs.
3. Facilitating workshops with T/DSOs, (Flexibility) suppliers, and regulators to validate solutions.
4. Supporting testing, change documentation, and quality assurance of flexibility solutions.
5. Ensuring alignment with other market domains (Structure, Measure, Settle) where flexibility processes intersect.
