For our client, active as the largest health insurance fund in Belgium, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Tester XRM (Medior/Senior).

Within the DHVL domain, the XRM team is responsible for managing and further developing the application that centralizes all interactions with members, partners, and stakeholders. This platform is used to track contacts, follow up on requests and incidents, and support the organization in delivering high-quality and consistent services.
Responsibilities
As a team member:

As a Functional Analyst Tester:

You are responsible for the full implementation of stories in both new and existing applications, including analysis, coordination, testing, and subsequent maintenance.

You communicate efficiently with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, developers, external stakeholders) to ensure full understanding of the stories.

You collaborate with the team to ensure changes are delivered according to predefined requirements.

You follow up on maintenance requests and resolve them within the applicable SLAs.

You contribute to the automation of tests.
General responsibilities:

You are always in close contact with the product owner and scrum master.

You support the maintenance and evolution of our applications and look for solutions.

You are responsible for testing the delivered changes within the sprint.

You follow up on all questions and reported incidents within the team.
Profile

You are NL/FR-speaking with good knowledge of the other national language and English.

General IT technical knowledge is required.

Knowledge of CRM is required.

Experience with test automation is a plus.
