Our client is looking for a Change Officer Knowledge & Competences Infrastructure
Service Description
- The Change Officer contributes to the definition, execution, monitoring and supervision of changes related to the implementation of different projects. This includes changes to culture, business processes, technology, and organization.
- He/she plays an important role in ensuring that staff members embrace change and ensures that change initiatives are designed and implemented on time and on budget.
- He/she works closely with the Knowledge &Competence manager and for some project with the HR Business Partner.
- He/she consults with the Project Manager to design and draft change plans that can be implemented quickly and with minimal resistance from staff members.
- The Change Officer is part of a dedicated Change team composed of three professionals, working collaboratively to support transformation initiatives across the organization.
Change design, implementation, and communications
- Work with business project teams (e.g. business initiatives, engineering transformation projects) to: Orchestrate, support, prepare and activate change management strategies, transformation roadmaps and change plans to support a digital and agile transformation of the organization (with impact on processes, technology, and people).
- Analyse the impact on people.
- Contribute to the implementation of the change plan in collaboration with the teams concerned.
- Identify and resolve the main obstacles to transformation.
- Orchestrate, support, nurture and activate the overall change communication plan and ensure transparency throughout the change journey.
- Support the various transformation pillars (core business, technology, and value assurance) in their approach and implementation of change.
- Train teams in storytelling and communicating the impact of change.
- Co-Leading a team of Change agents & Trainers.
- Support, prepare and activate the overall Training management strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business management or organizational psychology, master’s degree in business administration, energy engineering, digital engineering, communication/change or related field/equivalent experience
- Project management experience
- Experience change management into business project
- Change management expert 5 years: in-depth knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodology and implementation.
- Familiarity with the ADKAR methodology is required. Certification is highly desirable

Languages:
- Fluency in French and Dutch is preferred; otherwise, good understanding of the second language is required

- Project documentation is in French or Dutch or English.
- For training & Change Workshops to end-users, both French & Dutch will be used also.
