Product Manager Strategy & PMO and Legal & Regulations

Our client is looking for a Product Manager “Strategy & PMO and Legal & Regulations” as part of the Corporate Functions Services Team (CFS).

How does the CFS Team fit within the ICT organization? 

Our ICT organization is mapped to the business organization. All related business departments are being supported by ICT. The enabling business departments – which are not directly involved in the day-to-day operations – are being supported by Generic ICT.  
The CFS Team is part of Generic ICT and is supporting following enabling business departments: 

  • Finance & Procurement 
  • HR & Corporate Affairs
  • Strategy & PMO 
  • Legal & Regulations

Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager who can support the enabling departments of Strategy & PMO and Legal & Regulations. 

What does a Product Manager do? 

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle (from the strategical change until the operational run) of your “applications”, amongst others: 

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Icertis
  • Docusign
  • Hubspot
  • Etc. 

Concretely, you will be responsible for: 

  • Operational RUN 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your applications (monitoring, solving incidents & problems, implement small configuration changes, etc.)
  • Manage the technical lifecycle of your applications 
  • Implement continuous improvements 
  • Improve support documentation
  • Interact with 4th line support parties of your applications 
  • BUILD&CHANGE
  • Business requirement analysis and functional analysis, including validation with the business stakeholders 
  • Build business cases
  • Take up the role of Project Manager for small changes / implementations 
  • Other 
  • Give input to the Service Manager CFS for the roadmap of your applications based on the needs of your business, your market knowledge of the applications and the company architecture 

    Next to the RUN, we foresee a detailed analysis and POC related to demand&capacity management within a project management tool in the coming months. 

    Qualifications / Skills 

    Our client is looking for an experienced hands-on Product Manager that combines following background & competences: 

    • Overall ICT experience
    • 10+ years of experience within ICT, ideally with a broad background and a mix between functional and technical background
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Application Management, preferably supporting the business domains of Strategy & PMO and/or Legal & Regulations
    • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager
  • Application Knowledge 
  • Ideally good knowledge of several of the following applications 
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Icertis
  • Docusign
  • Hubspot
  • A good knowledge of project management applications and their demand&capacity module
  • Knowledge of following applications is a big plus 
  • SAP S/4HANA (Public) Cloud
  • SAP SuccessFactors 
  • SAP Ariba
  • Remark: these applications are currently being managed by other colleagues within the CFS Team. However, due to high volume in demand, you might be requested to help out. 
  • Competences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Can work independently and is motivated to take initiative / take up work to improve his applications  
  • Good understanding of application lifecycle management 
  • Languages
  • Preferably Dutch-native
  • English is a must 

    Regime / timing

    At short term, our client is looking for a freelancer for this position: 

    • Regime: Full time
    • Min. 3 days/week onsite 
    • Start date: 01/10/2025
    • End date: March 2026, with option for prolongation
