We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management or technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
