Our client is looking for a DRP Officer 

Function Description :

As a DRP (Disaster Recovery plan) Officer and member of the OPOF (Operations Office) team, you will play a central role in strengthening the company’s resilience against operational and digital disruptions. Your mission will be to help design, coordinate, and improve DRP exercises while supporting broader BCP (Business Continuity plan) initiatives where digital solutions can bring added value.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the preparation, documentation, and follow-up of DRP and BCP exercises. You will support the organization in planning and executing simulations — from internet disconnection and cybersecurity incidents to blackout scenarios and communication outages. Your work will include drafting clear documentation, preparing exercise materials, facilitating communication, and ensuring lessons learned are captured and translated into actionable improvements.
Being part of the OPOF team, you will collaborate closely with the company crisis management cell, providing insights and operational support for both ad hoc and recurring exercises. By doing so, you will help ensure that the company is ready to respond effectively and consistently to critical situations, safeguarding the continuity of operations and the resilience of the company.

Release Management: Prepare patching schedules and communications, validate IPs (Intervention Plans), participate in CAB meetings, and ensure follow-up on actions related to Release Management.

Technical Skills :

  • Crisis Management understanding
  • Familiarity with firewalls,
  • Proficient in CIS ControlsTM and ISO 27001 for a defense-in-depth strategy to protect data, systems, and networks (on-premises and in the cloud)
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, switching).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and associated security controls.
  • Familiarity with incident response frameworks and processes (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Knowledge of backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning.
