Our client is looking for a Security Project Manager

Function Description

Our client is actively looking for a Security Project manager, to integrate the Operation Office team. The objective of this team is to support the ICT Department.

• You will be responsible for the delivery of several projects, and will manage these from the definition of the business goals and requirements to completion
• You will work with the architecture teams to determine the most appropriate solution and will come up with creative, effective approaches for implementation
• You will monitor the implementation based on principles from methodologies such as Prince2/PMP and Agile/Scrum. As such, you will quickly take into account risks, changes to scope, budget, quality assurance, security and change management
• You will collaborate closely with the Security team to ensure that all projects are implemented in line with security governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements
• You will organise regular steering committee meetings and will communicate clearly on progress made and decisions to be taken
• Lastly, you will deal with the decommissioning and closure of projects, ensuring that the organisation can guarantee the sustainability of the developments introduced

General Skills

• A Master's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, both in transversal IT-integration (systems, network, datae center, application development) and cybersecurity projects
• From your experience as a Security Project Lead, you have an understanding of CIS ControlsTM and ISO27001, as well as strong affinity with different cybersecurity topics such as Patch and Vulnerability Management, Resource Hardening, Privileged Access Management
• Proven success working with all levels of management stakeholders (up to director-level) and familiarity with business case fundamentals & project financials
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English, and the ability to tailor your communication to the audience and situation
• Experience in an industrial environment is an asset
• Formal certification in one or more Project Management Methodologies (Prince2/PMP and Agile/Scrum) is a plus
• Strong awareness of security governance, risk management, and compliance requirements (e.g. NIS2, ISO27001), with the ability to align project delivery to corporate security policies and standards in close collaboration with the Security team

• Comfortable working with both technical security experts and business stakeholders to ensure secure-bydesign project implementation

Our technical environment

Our primary on-prem platform is Windows but we move more and more workloads to Linux so some basic understanding of Linux is an
asset.
Our primary cloud hosting platform is AKS but we are also using other Azure cloud services.
