About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to guide and coordinate an IT team of 10 professionals in an Agile environment.
The Project Leader will oversee multiple services already in operation and ensure successful delivery of planned developments, balancingscope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects and services in anAgile/Scrum environment.
- Act asScrum Master, ensuring team velocity remains aligned with release objectives.
- Overseecapacity planning, release planning, and scope management.
- Ensureclear and proactive communication with stakeholders (business, analysts, technical teams, infrastructure).
- Providetop-down and bottom-up reporting (progress, risks, KPIs, SLAs).
- Track and control projectscope, budget, quality, and risks (Prince2 principles).
- Anticipate and escalate risks such asscope creep, budget or schedule overruns.
- Supportteams of analysts, architects, and developers while monitoring performance.
- Ensuresmooth service operations for systems already in production (incident management, KPI follow-up, SLA compliance).
- Translate technical and architectural concepts into business-friendly language: buffer between business & development teams.

Profile & Requirements
- Proven track record asProject Manager / Project Leader in IT, ideally in government or regulated sectors.
- Hands-on experience withAgile/Scrum andPrince2 methodologies.
- Strongaffinity with ICT – comfortable managing teams working in Java/OpenShift environments.
- Ability to understand functional analyses and technical architectures, and communicate them to both business stakeholders and IT teams. Be able to challenge proposals & estimates from technical teams.
- Experience inhealthcare or government IT systems is an asset.
- Excellentcommunication skills with business stakeholders, technical teams, and analysts.
- Strongstakeholder management and the ability to say “no” diplomatically when required.
- Language requirement: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus.
