Detailed Task Description
Technical Skills:
- Maintenance data management: Ensure the creation, updating, and deletion of maintenance data in the SAP PM system.
- Data migration: Plan and execute the migration of maintenance data from existing systems or external sources to SAP PM, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of migrated data.
- API integration: Set up APIs to ensure integration and data exchange with SAP.
- Data quality control: Verify the integrity and quality of maintenance data in SAP PM, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Data modeling: Model data to optimize maintenance processes, data analysis, and reporting.
- Data governance: Establish and maintain policies and procedures for maintenance data management, including data security, data standards, and best practices.
- User support and training: Provide assistance to users of the SAP PM module and train new users on the correct use of the system and data management procedures.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance data management processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, IT, and operations teams to ensure that maintenance data supports operational processes.
- Project experience: Ability to manage data projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Practical experience in data management, including migration, integrity, quality, and data governance (5-10 years).
- Skills in data modeling: Ability to model maintenance data (5-10 years).
- Understanding of business processes: Knowledge of maintenance processes for equipment and installations to ensure SAP PM data aligns with operational needs (5-10 years).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify data issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions (5-10 years).
- Language proficiency: Mastery of Dutch or French as a first language (C2: very proficient).
- Language proficiency: Proficiency in the second national language (other than the one mentioned above) at B1 (intermediate) level.
