As part of a transformation and modernization of its infrastructure, our client aims to strengthen the coherence, resilience, and security of its technical foundation.
Within the Factory Hosting, the Domain Lead Technical Infrastructure Architecture will be responsible for leading and structuring a team of architects and technical designers (around ten collaborators), to ensure an integrated, robust approach aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
This role requires strong technical leadership, a deep understanding of hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud), and the ability to establish effective architecture governance.

- Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Veeam
- Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- Systems: Windows Server, Linux
- Physical Infrastructure: compute, storage, network
- Cloud: hybrid environment with Azure components
- Automation: Terraform, Ansible
- Compliance: adherence to ISO 27001 standards
Main Responsibilities:
- Define, coordinate, and evolve the technical architecture vision for the Infrastructure domain.
- Strengthen coherence across deployed technical solutions and ensure alignment with business needs and enterprise standards.
- Structure and lead architecture governance in collaboration with Solution Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.
- Support critical projects throughout their lifecycle by providing technical guidance and validating architectural choices.
- Promote infrastructure resilience, performance, and security by integrating ISO 27001 requirements into design and practices.
- Ensure documentation of technical architectures and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
- Unite, mentor, and develop a team of technical architects and designers, fostering collaboration, best practices, and technical excellence.
Desired Profile:
The ideal candidate has significant experience in technical architecture within complex environments (on-premise and cloud), along with a successful first experience in team leadership or technical coordination.
