IT AI Business SPOC (Ref: 3405ITAI)
1. Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
As part of our growing investment in Artificial Intelligence, we are strengthening the collaboration between our business lines and our IT Department. Our business teams are increasingly willing to test their own AI use cases and require a dedicated technical partner to ensure availability of the IT ecosystem.
To support this ambition, we are creating a new role: IT AI Business SPOC (Single Point Of Contact).
Your mission will be to:
- Ensure that all technical enablers are in place
- Properly route and follow up on requests
- Provide business teams with the technical support they need to bring their AI initiatives to life
As the IT AI Business SPOC, you will act as the dedicated technical interface between business teams and IT for all AI-related initiatives. You ensure that business teams have the right technical support, tools, and infrastructure to successfully implement and test their AI use cases. You also ensure that the right processes are used throughout the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact for business teams on all AI-related requests
- Coordinate the provisioning of AI components (e.g., LLMs, APIs, environments, datasets) required for experimentation and deployment
- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with IT standards, security, and architecture
- Follow up on requests with internal IT teams (Cloud, Data, Security, Architecture, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and resolution
- Support business users in the daily use of AI tools and platforms (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI, custom LLMs)
- Document and track all requests, issues, and solutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
- Act as a technical advisor to help business teams navigate the AI ecosystem and understand available capabilities
2. Mission period
- Expected Start Date: 01/11/2025
- Duration: 12 months (extension possible depending on project evolution)

- Brussels centre + teleworking
5. Level of education required
- A master’s degree in computer sciences, engineering or equivalent technical field is preferred

Technical Experience (Hard Skills)

- Technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or AI platforms
Preferable – Mid-level (2 y – 5 y):
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot)
Functional Experience
Preferable – Mid-level (2 y – 5 y):
- Familiarity with the Insurance world
