Governance & Ways of Working
- Define and implement governance elements (ceremonies, outputs, templates) for product teams.
- Ensure compatibility with ongoing project governance and clarify interactions between old and new models.

- Establish roadmap approach (domain vs. combined products) and integrate business capability positioning.
- Handle small requests and maintenance demand flow with clear traceability.
- Define value measurement across backlog and integrate into prioritization.
Affiliate Integration
- Translate backlog and budget model for affiliates; define how affiliate requests and capacity are reflected in product setup.
- Clarify role of business partner management (PO vs. BPB) in representing affiliates.
- Ensure SLAs for digital services and balance group uniformity vs. affiliate specific needs.
Affiliate Governance & Communication
- Define update mechanisms for affiliates (ceremonies, frequency, format) and escalation paths for conflicting priorities.
- Align PCE governance with the golden gate process.
- Develop onboarding and communication plans, including training and FAQs.
- Monitor adoption and refine governance practices.
Profile
- Proven experience in business analysis, governance frameworks, and financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/product-centric models and organizational change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
