03/11/2025 Arne van Balgoijen

Our client is looking for a Junior Pre-Analysis Analyst (PAA)

Assignment Context

Our client is responsible for the service of the CMS and PPP applications. While the IT service is outsourced, Atrias has established a dedicated service for interfacing with market parties (suppliers, TSOs and DGOs). This service is implemented within the ITIL framework.
As part of the incident and problem management process, Atrias is seeking a Junior Pre-Analysis Analyst (PAA) to improve system continuity and support the structural resolution of the incident backlog.
The PAA will operate within the Supplier Hub team (formerly triage hub), working directly with energy suppliers on outstanding issues that block current market operations. These interactions are conducted through bilateral (bilat) meetings. The main focus lies within the message exchange (MEX) service domains: structure, rectification, cross and measure, but billing and settlement topics may also be addressed.
