Our client is looking for a GIS Developer – PowerBuilder – PL/SQL – FME
Mission Context:
As part of the activities of the Networks Factory, which develops and maintains applications for managing network assets (including GIS, CAD, fault management, etc.), our client wishes to strengthen its team of GIS developers.
The developments to be carried out are closely linked to the geolocation of network assets for which the company is responsible for distribution.
The developer will be responsible for developing the product in accordance with the company's guidelines and maintaining it once in production.
Main Tasks:
- Contribute to technical designs (SAD) based on functional specifications / user stories
- Develop (programming, unit testing, and security) the application based on the established functional specifications, in compliance with standards
- Participate in incident resolution by fixing identified bugs
- Contribute to the application's documentation to facilitate maintenance
- Contribute to application maintenance: propose technical solutions, develop, test, and document the produced code
Required Profile:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle relational databases
- Familiarity with versioning tools: Git/GitHub
- Language requirement: French level C2 (CEFR scale)
- Proven experience with FME
- Experience in the Utilities sector
- Proven experience in developing applications using PowerBuilder and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of secure development best practices and experience implementing them
- Experience in the GIS (Geographic Information System) domain
- English level B1
- Proven knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
