Description
- Maintenance Data Management: Ensure the creation, updating, and deletion of maintenance data in the SAP PM system.
- Data Migration: Plan and execute the migration of maintenance data from existing systems or external sources to SAP PM, ensuring accuracy and consistency of migrated data.
- API Implementation: Set up APIs to ensure SAP integration and data exchange.
- Data Quality Control: Verify the integrity and quality of maintenance data in SAP PM, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Data Modeling: Model data to optimize maintenance processes, data analysis, and reporting.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain policies and procedures for managing maintenance data, including data security, data standards, and best practices.
- User Support and Training: Provide assistance to users of the SAP PM module and train new users on proper system usage and data management procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance data management processes and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance, IT, and operations teams to ensure maintenance data supports operational processes.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with various teams to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Project Experience: Ability to manage data projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management activities.
Technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PM module (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Practical experience in data management, including migration, integrity, quality, and governance (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Ability to model maintenance data (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Understanding of business processes related to equipment and installation maintenance (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills (L3: minimum 5 years of experience)
- Language: Mastery of Dutch or French (C2: highly complex proficiency)
- Language: Proficiency in the second national language (B1: intermediate level)
Soft skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of the company, the IT domain, and understanding of the role’s challenges
