Our client is looking for an Experienced IT Project Manager
Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project manager with knowledge of the Belgian energy market, who will be responsible for the management of multiple projects from A to Z in parallel, including:
- riting Project Briefs or Project Definitions
- Plan & Coordination of the project
- Management of dependencies inside project and between projects
- Management of coordination of the project members and IT resources
- Detect and mitigate Risks and issues
- Project communication, including management reporting
- Follow-up and updating the business case, including scope & financial management (defining budget, follow-up of the budget, alignment with the sponsor(s)…)
- Guarantee the quality of the end products and the quality of corporate processes
- Analysis of change requests on the project
- First contact point for the project sponsor
- Responsible for creating buy-in for the project and be present in touchpoint meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Responsible for the management of contractors/subcontractors (both Time&Material as vendors).
Skills
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects
- Higher education (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with terminology, organization, roles, and processes of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, …)
- Language requirement: Dutch or French at European CEFR level C1
