Our client is looking for a CRM Operations and Implementation Management Service

Mission

The Market Operations team is responsible for the CRM in two key areas:

Implementation

  • Implementing and improving necessary processes and procedures through IT and non-IT tools
  • Collaborating with product architects, customer service, business analysts, and IT services

Operations

  • Executing prequalification processes (registration, checks and controls, parameter calculations, etc.)
  • Managing auctions, monitoring, settlement, reporting, and transparency

To support the continued implementation and operation of these processes for the upcoming auction, Our client is looking for a CRM Market Operations and Implementation Manager to strengthen the Market Procurement team.

Responsibilities

Execution of CRM Prequalification Processes

  • Act as the first point of contact for operational processes related to prequalification
  • Proactively manage operational questions in close collaboration with the KAM Adequacy and product architect
  • Ensure accurate execution of organized processes (automated and manual tasks)
  • Involve relevant individuals and departments 

Execution of Other CRM-Related Processes

Process Follow-Up

  • Report on process status (file management KPIs)
  • Escalate specific issues (outside process) to KAM Adequacy
  • Provide feedback on potential improvements to the implementation team and for documented processes

Implementation of Processes

  • Lead the implementation of improvements or new CRM processes through analysis, proposal development, and business needs documentation
  • Collaborate with product architects and business analysts
  • Represent the process flow and participate in internal and external CRM tool testing and feedback
  • Create or update procedures
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of other tenders, such as those for procuring resources to manage voltage 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to act, escalate, or delegate appropriately
  • Highly procedural and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and update processes accordingly
  • Customer-oriented and capable of working independently
  • Strong team spirit
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

Additional Information

  • Location: Empereur
  • Work regime: Full-time
  • On-site presence: Minimum 2 days per week
  • Important for non-EU candidates:
  • Must possess a valid work permit for Belgium
  • Must hold a valid residence permit confirming the right to reside in Belgium
