Our client is looking for a GIS Developer – .Net – AutoCAD
Mission Context:
As part of the activities of the Networks Factory, which develops and maintains applications for managing network assets (including GIS, CAD, outage management, etc.), our client wishes to strengthen its team of GIS developers.
The developments to be carried out are closely linked to the geolocation of network assets for which our client is responsible for distribution.
The developer will be responsible for developing the product in accordance with the company’s guidelines and ensuring its maintenance once the product is in production.
Main Tasks:
- Contribute to technical designs (SAD) based on functional specifications / user stories
- Develop (programming, unit testing, and security) the application based on established functional specifications in compliance with standards
- Participate in incident resolution by fixing identified bugs
- Contribute to application documentation to facilitate maintenance
- Contribute to application maintenance: propose technical solutions, develop, test, and document the produced code
Required Profile:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL, …)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Azure DevOps for Scrum development)
- Proven knowledge and experience in Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of version control tools: Git/GitHub
- Language requirement: French level C2 (CEFR scale)
- Experience in the utilities sector
- Proven experience in GIS systems development
- Proven experience in development and customization in AutoCAD Map
- Proven experience in testing (e.g., unit tests, performance tests, security tests, …)
- Proven experience in developing .Net applications
- English level B1
- Knowledge of secure development best practices and experience implementing them
- Knowledge of Entity Framework libraries
- Knowledge and experience in developing web-type applications
- Proven experience in test automation
