We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our internal team for our SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration project (called Unity – see annexes for more insights) as the “SAP S/4 – Key User PP-PI”. In this role, you will support the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA across manufacturing (commercial and CMC and clinical trials) specifically for the Production Planning/Process Industry (PP-PI) module and its integration within the ecosystem.
About the role
As the “SAP S/4 – Key User PP-PI”, you will report to the Unity MFG Delivery Lead. Your goal is to ensure the successful migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the Manufacturing SAP PP-PI module, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance within the Biopharma manufacturing processes.

Who will you work within this role, you will collaborate closely with the Unity MFG Delivery Lead, the IT Solution Expert Scheduling and Production, with other SAP S/4 Local Key Users and the Unity MFG Site Leads who are the coordinators between the global project and the Local teams.
What will you do
Project coordination:
- Act as the primary business owner/liaison for the SAP PP-PI module between the local manufacturing teams and the SAP project team in collaboration with the Unity Site Lead.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, testing and training sessions related to the SAP PP-PI module (specifically with the local / end users).
Process Mapping & Documentation:
- Analyze and document current manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Develop detailed process maps and documentation to support the migration.
System Configuration Data Migration & Testing:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase up to integration with the other solutions: Planning & Scheduling tools (OPM), Reporting and Dashboarding (SAP BI, Qlik Sense, Power BI)
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on the new SAP S/4HANA functionalities (delta) system.
- Develop training materials, system documentation (SOP-AI) and user guides tailored to the local manufacturing processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and support post-implementation.
Change Management:
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to the new system.
- Communicate changes and updates effectively to all end users.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the migration project
For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prooven experience (3-5 years) as key user with SAP PPI is a must (S/4HANA migration projects is highly desirable).
- French speaking with good knowledge in English.
- Experience in a Biopharma manufacturing (Commercial , CMC and Clinical Trial) is a plus.
- Experience on validation aspects in a GxP environment (testing, documentation) is required.
- Experience on integration with other solutions: Planning & Scheduling tools (OPM), Reporting and Dashboarding (SAP BI , Qlik Sense, Power BI).
- Experience on integration with other modules is a plus: SAP PP- QM (batch release) SAP PP- WM (Staging and Production), SAP PP- CO (Product Costing).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and SAP PP-PI module.
