With us, you have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and play a key role in the functional and technical evolution of our software solutions. In this assignment, you will join the I-ICT.215 Traffic Customer Solutions team and work on projects related to the digitalization of our safety procedures. Within these projects, you will collaborate with railway companies and internal partners.
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing the needs of all stakeholders, both internal and external. You translate these needs into functional and technical specifications for our applications. You work closely with the IT team, railway companies, and other business units.
Main tasks:
- Needs Analysis: Identify and document business needs and requirements using various methods.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Functional Specifications: Develop detailed functional specifications and requirements.
- Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and scenarios, perform tests to verify that the application functions correctly and meets defined requirements.
- Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact based on business requirements.
Technical skills
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in business and functional analysis within ICT projects using Agile/Scrum methodology (L4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of design and modeling techniques (UPM, BPMN) (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
- Experience and developed ability to gather business requirements using various methods (L4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Experience and developed ability to write user stories based on analysis and specifications (L4: at least 10 years of experience).
- French or Dutch (one of the two languages) (C1: advanced proficiency).
- French or Dutch (the other language) (A2: basic knowledge).
- English (C1: advanced proficiency).
